Custom Stamping Services

As a provider of custom stamping services, Rochester Technology and Manufacturing Association (RTMA) features machines capable of a range of production capabilities. Our mechanical presses are rated at 600 tons, while our hydraulic presses have a press rating of 550 tons. These machines can stamp parts in thicknesses ranging from 0.010" up to 0.500" (0.254 mm to 12.7 mm), meeting tolerances from +/- 0.001" to 0.003". Parts can be up to 60" (1524 mm) in length, and we have a maximum coil size of 8,000 lbs.

Stamping methods that we are skilled in include coining, progressive die, compound die, punch press, and continuous stamping. We can manufacture a variety of part characteristics, including complex pieces, heavy gauge, high strength, or thin wall stampings. Our facility handles all types of production orders, from 1 unit to 1 million units, and we look forward to meeting any need that you may have, whether prototype or production.
