Plastic Fabrication and Molding Services

At Rochester Technology and Manufacturing Association, we offer a full suite of plastic fabrication and molding services, handling manufacturing, tooling, design and consulting needs, or just assisting our customers with the areas that they need. Our engineers can handle machining, sonic welding, hot stamp welding, injection molding, and insert molding processes, working with all types of plastics: ABS, polystyrene, nylon, polyethylene (high and low density), and more, meeting tolerances to ± 0.002". Working with your project's requirements and specifications, we can design and build molds for use in molding equipment from 20 ton to 1100 ton in force capacity.

If specialty tooling is required, we work with our off-shore partners to acquire the necessary pieces, and either conduct the molding in-house, or provide the tooling for a client to do their own molding. With ITAR registration and ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 certification, you can be assured of the quality and integrity of our services.
